Description:

Sinuous stem, smooth bark, 5cm thick, inner bark reddish; living alburn yellowish; late exsudate, which turns brown and whitish; leaves almost 1m lng, compound; fruits yellow, with milky juice 1-5 pirênios, mostly 2, others aborted.

Habitat:

Primary trop. forest, down slopes of plateau.
