Description:

Tree 20m tall, with abundant oil which quickly forms white crystals, strongly aromatic, flowers white, fruits green outside, one valve falling, seed flipping out and hanging from base, empty valve supporting seed pink-purple inside, seed embedded in a bright white aril, this sweet.

Habitat:

Tall evergreen forest on gentle to moderately steep slopes.
