Description:

Tree. Small tree to 5 m, fruit blue-black. Myrmecodomatia in leaf base, dozens of ants (±2 mm long) per domicile. Domicile ± 4 cm x 2 cm x 2 cm high.
Habitat:

Savanna and bush at margins, frequent burning. White sand, rock outcrops.
