Description:
Stems cespitose, to 3 m tall, 1.5 cm diam, often partly procumbent and then rooting, with lateral and basal shoots. Leaves 10, arching; Sheath green and with brown scales, 15 cm long, forming an elongated crownshaft; petiole 30 cm long; Rachis.
