Description:

Hemiparasitic subshrub on small-fruited species of Clusia. Calyx green, corolla tube red, the very tip yellow in bud, the corolla lobes yellow-orange at anthesis, the lobes turning red in older flowers. The corolla tube slender, 5.5 cm long. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

Growing on a species of Clusia in clumps of shrubs surrounded by rocks. Three other plants seen in flower.
