Description:

Tree, 7.5 m tall. Bark silvery fissured into a squarish pattern, longitudinally fluted where thicker. Blaze: striking deep red wood, surrounded by pale coffee of the cut bark. Very floriferous & visited by large numbers of bees. Petals golden-yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fertile.
