Brazil. Amazonas. Manaus Mun. Ca. 90 km NNE de Manaus, Distrito Agropecuário da SUFRAMA, Rodovia 174, km 64, depois 34 km leste na ZF3, Fazenda Esteio. Vic. acampamento "Km 41". Non-flooded tropical evergreen forest (mata de terra firme, latosolo amarelo. Alt. 50 m. (164 ft.)

Description:

Tree 8m tall 7cm diam. Fruit creamy white; a few fallen fruit seen yesterday, today all fruit opened, and on ground the white pulp removed, apparently by a monkey.
