Description:

Tree, up to 20 m. Leaves dark green above, yellowish green below, petiole blackish. Flowers purple. Stamens cream, anthers yellow. Staminodial hood purple with white staminoids. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Greenheart forest on brown sand.
