Epífita, 18 m alt. Folhas discolores, verde-claras na face abaxial, caule vináceo e espigas verdes. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.

Na floresta. Enorme pop. associada a Bromeliaceae, Araceae e Pteridophyta.
