Description:

Tree. Tree 25 m x 40 cm, trunk cylindric,outer bark green, slightly scalloped, thin, inner bark yellow, soft, brittle; fruits erect, immature. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Undulating terrain. Disturbed terra firme forest with open canopy, source of disturbance unknown (bamboo die-back ?). Occasional.
