Description:

Tree 8m tall, 11.8cm dbh.; buttresses 0.5m high; exudate lacking; slash with slight spicy odor; bark hard, thin, brown; inner bark 3cm thick, fibrous, orange-red; sapwood dark tan. Fruits, green, shiny, firm.

Habitat:

Matade terra firme. Latosolo amarelo.
