French Guiana. RN 2 between Regina and St. Georges, near entrance to trail to Savanne Virginie, departing from RN 2 at 13.9 kms from the east side of the bridge over the Approuague River. Alt. 85 m. (279 ft.)

Description:

Epiphyte. On small tree, only 3 m from ground. Rachies of infl. red; fruits green, immature. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

Slightly disturbed non-flooded moist forest.
