Description: Flower of Aristolochia pallida based on an unvouchered plant from the Gargano Peninsula, Italy. The perianth consists of a single whorl derived from the calyx. The ovary is inferior and the apex of the calyx is hooded or cucullate. Determination by B. Gibbons.
