Description:

Shrub 1.5 m tall; leaves coriaceous, deep green above, older leaves gray-white below, younger ones pale buff-brownish below; petiole dull magenta; corolla deep red within; calyx. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.

Habitat:

Meseta de piedra arenisca. Rare.
