Description:

Terrestrial shrub to 0.5 m tall. Pedicel and calyx pale green suffused with red; corolla red; stamens slightly exserted; fruits light purple, pear-shaped. Phenology of specimen: Flower, Fruit.
Habitat:

Montane cloud forest. Abundant.
