Description:

Weak, scandent, epiphytic (rarely terrestrial) shrub. Calyx green. Corolla bright orange. Fruiting calyces dark green, immature, erect. Plants only found within forest.
Habitat:

Ecotone of puna grassland with remnant forest patches. Common locally.
