Habitat:
Broad wet meadow, densly beset with Eleocharis pauciflora, running S to N, fed from perennial seeps on south edges. Closely surrounded by Pinus contorta and Populus tremuloides woodland. Uplands of Artemisia tridentata/Purshia tridentata scrub. Infrequent in upper (S) shady areas of meadow.
