Description:

Terrestrial shrub, ca. 1 m tall. Calyx dark brick-red. Corolla scarlet, zygomorphic. Locally common. [Photo; pickled; DNA; wood].

Habitat:

Steep road-cut, rocky, exposed, wet slopes dominated by Ericaceae.
