Description:

Terrestrial shrub, branches to 2 m long. Corolla cylindrical and bright red at base, constricted and then white at throat and lobes. Anthers spurred and very short. Infrequent.
Habitat:

Roadcut slopes with ericaceae pioneering. Infrequent.
