Description:

shrub 5 m. leaves light green below; peduncles maroon, perianth reddish pink; filaments white to pink, anthers red. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

white sand savanna, low sclerophyllous vegetation, scattered scant scrub islands and sheetrock.
