Description:

Terrestrial shrub to 1.5 m tall. Pedicels green suffused with red. Calyx red. Lower 3/4 corolla red, upper 1/4 green; lobes white pilose within.

Habitat:

Steep slopes through disturbed cloud forest. Infrequent.
