Description:

Epiphytic or terrestrial shrub with branches to 1 m long; pedicels and calyx light green heavily suffused with orange; corolla bright orange.

Habitat:

Polylepis, melastome trees, and Ericaceae as dominant shrubs. Rare in open, exposed areas.
