Costa Rica. Cartago. On property of ICE hydroelectric plant about 15-20 km beyond suspension bridge over Río Grande de Orosí. Alt. 1300 - 1800 m. (4265 - 5905 ft.)

Description:

Epiphytic shrub, branches to 1 m. Calyx and corolla green, corolla lobes suffused with maroon. Fruits green now. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

On fallen tree. Steep roadside slopes. Only plant seen .
