Bolivia. La Paz. Nor Yungas Prov. La Paz-Coroico road, Cotopata, ca. 7.9 km NE of junction of Unduavi-Chulumani road at Unduavi. Alt. 3170 m. (10400 ft.)

Description:

Terrestrial shrub, branches to 1.5 m long. Calyx green. Corolla irregularly split, pale cream-green with light rose hue in basal half. Berry dark purple.

Habitat:

Steep roadside slopes through ceja de la montaña forest. Locally common.
