Description:

terrestrial shrub from an underground, swollen rootstock. leaves bullate; calyx and pedicels greeen; corolla completely oran- ge; immature gruits green becoming translucent white. Phenology of specimen: Flower.

Habitat:

remnant bits of montane forest along streambank. locally abundant.
