Description:

terrestrial shrub with branches to 1 m long. calyx pale green covered with ferrugineous hairs; corolla bright redwith scattered ferrugineous hairs.

Habitat:

cloud forest; growing with G. cordifolia and G. rigida. common at higher elev.
