French Polynesia. Marquesas Islands: Fatu Hiva. Trail from Omoa-HHanavave road leadong to Teavapuhiau peak, just S of Teavapuhiau peak. Alt. 610 - 630 m. (2001 - 2067 ft.)

Description:

Epiphytic fern on mossy Meterosideros trunk, fronds erect, medium green. Occasional, ridge top. Phenology of specimen: Fertile.

Habitat:

Gulch with wet forest of Mtereosideros. Cyathea, Pandanus, Hibiscus tiliaceus, and Crossostyles dominant.
