Almost prostrate, spready, height to 18". Phenology of specimen: Fruit.

Habitat:

On dry, rocky, open slope. With Artemisia, Chrysothamnus, Stanleya, Sphaeralcea. Sagebrush Scrub Plant Community. Abundant locally.
