Description:

Herbaceous perennial in a clump. Leaves folded (9:30 A.M. to 10:50 A.M. when observed, mostly sunny). Flowers yellow. Phenology of specimen: Flower.
Habitat:

Grazed, thin chaco forest on slopes of small hills, with Aspidosperma, Anadenanthera, Schinopsis, Caesalpinia paraguariensis.
