MESSAGE FROM THE CURATOR: I would like to inform you that I, the herbarium curator, am safe, but, unfortunately, the herbarium of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University (http://sweetgum.nybg.org/science/ih/herbarium-details/?irn=261621) is located at an occupied area since March 2, 2022. According to the last information which I got there wasn't a fire in the building, but I know nothing about its fate, including plans of russian occupants to our collection...

    1935, but the University lost all property including collections because of Russian occupation of a part of East Ukraine in 2014. So actually we start creating a new collection since 2015, at the place where the University has been evacuated
