The herbarium includes collections mainly from the territory of the Tyumen region; a significant part of the samples was collected in other areas within Western Siberia (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Altai). Also presented are materials from the European part of Russia - the Cis-Urals, the Upper and Lower Volga. Particularly valuable in the collection are specimens of plant and fungi species included in the Red Data Books of the Tyumen Region and the Russian Federation.
