    Herbarium Tawangmanguensis is a specific herbarium for medicinal plant specimen collection, especially specimen collection from RISTOJA (Research of Indonesian Medicinal Plant). RISTOJA was held in 2012, 2015, and 2017, covering 405 ethnic groups in 34 provinces over the Indonesian country and collected ± 28,000 medicinal plant specimen herbarium. The collection also includes of ca. 200 spirit collections and ca. 300 simplicias (herb dried material) that are maintained and stored in Museum of Jamu (Indonesian Traditional Medicine) alongside Herbarium Tawangmanguensis.
