    The Chrysler Herbarium (CHRB) at Rutgers University is the largest internationally recognized and most important research herbarium in the state of New Jersey (USA). With nearly 200,000 botanical specimens of plants, algae, and fungi, it covers a vast range of botanical biodiversity. The collection consists of scientifically field collected, dried, and preserved specimens that are curated and cataloged taxonomically.
