    Vascular plants: over 110000 specimens of 1700 species from Magadan, Chukotka, Kamchatka, Yakutia and other region of North-East Asia: East Siberia, Russian South Far East, Commander Islands, etc., including over 47 types. A. P. Khokhryakov, M.T. Mazurenko, A.T. Reutt, A.N. Berkutenko, and other collectors since 1940. There are over 40 species of vascular plants from Magadan Region (Russia) described mainly by A.P. Khokhryakov deposited in the collection. Since 2020, the Digital Herbarium MAG is being formed on the platform of the Digiital Herbarium of Moskow State University (https://plant.depo.msu.ru/module/itemsearchpublic) and at GBIF (https://www.gbif.org/dataset/search?publishing_org=8eae4f57-6fb4-4504-8f76-a949b8e9e4d4). Since 2022, the Virtual Herbarium MAG is also located in its own site (https://herbarium.ibpn.ru/ ; https://en.herbarium.ibpn.ru/). Fungi: over 10000 specimens of 780 species of Agaricales and Aphyllophorales, main collection from Magadan, Chukotka, and a small collection from Russian south Far East and European part (Kostroma and Leningrad Regions). Lichens: 5000 specimens of 320 species from Magadan Region. Bryophytes: over 4700 specimens of 470 species (common species from Magadan, Chukotka, Taymir). Seed collection: over 3600 samples of 2000 species of vascular plants from Magadan Region, Russian South Far East, Ural and Siberia.
