Description
Middle story tree 3 meters, dark shiny upper leaves with yellowish green undersides. Light brown bark with bluish green fungi growing on it. No fruit.

The New York Botanical Garden Institute of Economic Botany Clusiaceae NEW YORK BOTANICAL GARDEN REPORT ANY REIDENTIFICATION OF THIS VOUCHER TO THE INSTITUTE OF ECONOMIC BOTANY, NY 6°49'9.36"N, 158°13'6"E 252 ft. Agrofores, middle story, growing with banana, arocarpus, betel nut. Middle story tree 3 meters, dark shiny upper leaves with yellowish green undersides. Light brown bark with bluish green fungi growing on it. No fruit. N.V. Luwos [pohnpeian] bark Bloody diarhea. Carve 2 pieces of the bark, clean, pound and put into coconut fibers, squeeze into a cup of water and drink. Take one cup a day and check if still diahrea with blood then make one cup again.
