    Primary forest by new (less than 2-year-old) dirt road, undulating terrain. Clay soils.

  • Description

    Tree. Tree 22m x 32cm, trunk cylindric, outer bark thin, brown, shallowly fissured in some places, shed in small elongate plates, inner bark pastel red, latex café au lait color. Fruits oblong, 1 cm long, red, seed enveloped in sweet edible pulp. Photo. Phenology of specimen: Fruit.
