Description
Shrub, height 5m, dbh 3cm, single trunk. Lamina of lagest leaves 27 x 7cm. Leaves decussate (in opposite pairs along stem, each pair at right angles to pairs above and below). Mature fruits c. 7mm diamter, red with red stalks. Inflorescence occur at apices of branches. Petals, pistils, stamens and pedicels red. No distinct smell to cut leaves or sap.
