Use Notes
When the Pohnpeians build a concrete house, they usually ask for help from the community or other villagers in constructing a building, especially when setting the concrete floor and roof. So this is when black magicians would use spiritual words to a wood or small stone and put it in the concrete to make the construction incomplete, and if its construction is complete the foreman of the construction will die
