Description
Variety Description - Larger lvs mostly 2–3(–4) mm wide, often with a pair of weak lateral nerves, with or without axillary fascicles; rays mostly (8–)10–16 and disk-fls 5–7(–9), the fls 17–21 in all. Blooming later than var. microcephala, where their ranges overlap. Northern, s. to Va. and irregularly to Ga. and n. Fla. (Solidago t.)
