Description
Species Description - From se. Va., has the aspect of a hybrid between S. tenuifolia var. tenuifolia and the nuttallii phase of E. graminifolia, and was tentatively so considered by Fernald. Some ± similar plants from N.C. are reported to have 2n=54 chromosomes. Further study is in order.
