Description
Species Description - Stems weak and diffuse from fibrous roots, 1–3 dm; lvs all petioled, subrotund to reniform, rounded or cordate at base; raceme poorly developed, elongating after anthesis; pet none; mature pedicels 1–3(–6) mm; frs ascending, 5–12 mm, the beak 0.5–1 mm. Borders of salt-marshes; Me. to Va. Summer.
