Description:Latin Diagnosis - Arbor ad 20 m alta ramulis ultimis angulatis vel compressis-lenticellatis glabris vel sparse puberulis mox glabratis. Gemmae foliaque juveniles terminales dense ochraceo-ferrugineo-tomentosae. Stipulae simpliciter geminatae subulatae tomentosae 1.5-2.5 mm longae. Folia 4-6(-10)-juga, axi 20-30(-40) cm longo ochraceo-ferrugineo-tomentoso, interjugis 3.0-4.5 cm longis, petiolo striolato basim versus robustiori, 10-12 cm longo, stipellis geminatis crassiusculis 1-2 mm longis. Foliola membranacea vel tenuiter chartacea sessilia terminalia 15-20 mm longepetiolata excepta, 6-14 cm longa 3.5-5.0 cm lata oblongo-lanceolata vel elliptico-oblonga apice anguste acuminata acutaque basi rotundata vel obtusissima valde asymmetrica, margine duplicato-serrata vel crenato-serrata, mucronibus minutis ascendentibus; supra primo puberula denique glabrata costa impressa nervis secundariis filiformibus notatis; subtus cinerascentia vel glaucescentia hirta nervis secundariis 14—17 utroque latere, angulo 40°-60° divergentibus, tertiis prominulis conspicuisque cum minoribus reticulum laxum prominulum formantibus, areolis superficiei planis latiusculis dense arguteque papillosis cinereis vel glaucis. Paniculae axillares subterminales 5-12 cm longae quam petiolo breviores vel aequi-longae, pedunculo ochraceo-ferrugineo tomentuloso 2-4 cm longo, ramis ultimis tenuibus tomentello-hirtulis; bracteolae lineares 1.0-1.5 mm longae. Pedicelli 2.5-3.5 mm longi ad pedunculum ca 1 mm longo articulati. Flores pentameri, hermaphroditi; calyx 7 mm diametens lobis extus subadpresse pubescentibus, 2.0-2.3 × 1.5-1.8 mm; stamina fertilia filamento 3 mm longo instructa dimidia parte inferiori dilatata hirtaque, antheris ellipticis 1 mm longis; ovaria 1 mm longa ovata hispida; styli 2 mm longi basi strigosi. Folliculi ovoidei paulo compressi breviter apiculati, 3.0-3.8 × 2.8-3.5 mm; endocarpium 3.0-3.2 × 2.2 mm oblique ellipsoideum angulo insertione conspicuo obtusiusculo. Semina ca 2.5 × 1.2 mm ovoidea uno extremo truncata altero attenuata, brunnea nitidaque.
