On bark of Eugenia confusa, Barnett's Point, Great Bahama (Britton and Millspaugh, February 5-13, 1905, 2634 type). The compact thallus and the absence of a stroma indicate that this species belongs to the section Enterographa. The absence of a stroma as well as the lack of any trace of red coloration in the thallus serve to distinguish it from the preceding species. There does not seem to be any other species with which it could possibly be confused.
