Description
Species Description - On bark of Drypetes, Cay north of wide opening, Exuma Chain: South Carolina; Colombia; Java. Probably generally distributed but confused with the well known Pyrenula nitida (Weig.) Ach., from which it differs in the more completely immersed perithecia and the larger spores.
