Kaituma River, Sebai Creek, "epiphytic in Manicaria swamp, flowers solitary, axillary, stalked, subtended by pale green amplexicaul bracts, 3 outer petals [sepals] pale greenish yellow, reflexed, 2 inner ones [petals] the same color, spreading lip )ellow, finely marked with brown, stigma hooded, pale green," D. B. Fanshawe 2420 (no flowers present); upper Rupununi River, near Dadanawa, lat. 2°45'N., June 14, 1922, J. S. D e La Cruz 1503 (no flowers); Koreai Creek, "small green leaves," January 2-9, 1924, D. H .
