Kaituma River, Sebai Creek, "epiphytic in Manicaria swamp, flowers solitary, axillary, stalked, subtended by pale green amplexicaul bracts, 3 outer petals [sepals] pale greenish yellow, reflexed, 2 inner ones [petals] the same color, spreading lip )ellow, finely marked with brown, stigma hooded, pale green," D.
