Description
Distribution and Ecology - VENEZUELA. Bolivar: 125 km south of El Dorado, G. C. K. Dunsterville 492; Chimantd massif, Agparamdn-tepui, 1800-1955 m alt., on southeast-facing forested slopes below escarpment, locally frequent terrestrial (with no. 1143), sepals and petals pale yellow, lip pale yellow at base, maroon on sides, orangeyellow at apex, column pale green at base, pale yellow at apex with maroon on stigma, February 26, 1955, J. A. Steyermark & J. J. Wurdack 1144. Apparently confined to VENEZUELA.
