Roraima, 1800 m alt., Schomburgk s.n., Appun 1390, 1700 m alt., Im Thurn 50; upper slopes, McConnell & Quelch 26, fide Cogn.; same locality, southwest-facing quebrada near Rondon Camp, 2040 m alt., in forest, terrestrial, pseudobulb angled, leaves grass-green, erect, inflorescence erect with pale green peduncle, sepals and petals greenish yellow suffused or mottled with purple-brown, lip white with large purple callus in center and purple streaks below, column yellow above, streaked with brown-purple below, September 25, 1944, J.
