    Distribution and Ecology - VENEZUELA. Amazonas: Along Caño Tamá-Tamá, (a black-water caño on right bank of Rio Orinoco just above Tamd-Tamd), 150 m alt., occasional epiphyte, flowers greenish white, June 23, 1959, J. J. Wurdack & L. S. Adderley 43141 (female plant) ; along Caño Magua, left bank of Rio Orinoco 6 km above the mouth of Rio Atabapo, 125 m alt., occasional epiphyte on dead trees, flowers pale green becoming orange-yellow in age, August 7, 1959, Wurdack & Adderley 43790 (female plant). BRITISH GUIANA (type), BRAZIL and PERU.
