Roraima, 2040 m alt., in forested southwestfacing quebrada near Rond6n Camp, epiphyte on tree trunk, leaves fleshy-coriaceous, grass-green above and duller beneath, flowers yellow, green and purple, September 25, 1944, J. Steyermark 58657 (flower poor) ; Uaipan-tepui, 1700-1900 m alt., "very abundant in moss on nearly all trees on slope to top cumbre, fls. spotted wine color with pair of frontal wings yellow," January 25, 1948, K.
