Venezuela, Bolivar, L. Williams 11537 (F, US). Two forms of this species occur in lowland Guayana. The typical form, restricted to the Guianas and adjacent Brazil and Venezuela, has larger obtuse leaflets and a larger fruit than the widespread form known from the uplands which has more numerous acute to acuminate leaflets.
